商家態度極其惡劣，服務非常差勁，住宿環境很差，沒有登記身份訊息直接安排人員入住，晚上也沒有前台工作人員。人員可以隨意進出。房間門鎖也是壞的。門鎖旁邊就是一個玻璃窗，住宿環境毫無安全可言。存在極大的安全隱患。樓下就是商鋪非常非常到位吵！！主要是商家態度及其惡劣，欺負外地遊客，報警也沒用，打12345市場監督管理局的工作人員還挺好的會幫我們積極配合。

私自做主給我換到了麗妃酒店去，也是他們家開的，不如這一家。要不是我臉皮厚，找他們理論，才退了我30元錢差價😓😓😓
