房間環境衞生還可以，住的那晚遇到北風天，窗户隔音效果不好，門的隔音也不太行，凌晨四點還聽見隔壁房間的説話聲

整體衞生還不錯，老闆娘人很好，熱情細緻。沒有電梯她幫忙一起抬行李。設施比較陳舊。床品也還乾淨，睡覺還可以。畢竟一分錢一分貨。性價比高。房間完全沒有平台講的25平方。我當時選擇這裡是因為離水果批發市場近，走路3分鐘。
重點是：幸虧看了前面網友的介紹。批發市場零賣水果比旁邊寧春城超市還貴。超市還可以自己挑選。批發市場幾乎所有水果零賣都比超市還貴。
感謝之前的網友介紹。所以我也認真寫評價，以幫助其他人。

老闆人特別好，環境很好，和圖片一模一樣，住宿很舒服，也有地方停車，交通便利，下次還來⌯･˕･⌯ಣ（去海邊也挺近的，騎電動車二十多分鐘）

老闆一家人很友好，客棧的裝飾裝修也很新。房內配備空調、電視、24小時熱水等，採光、通風也很好，除了收100元按金（退房即退回）後再無另收費。高鐵站距客棧開電車五分鐘左右，路口就有共享電車停車點，周圍早晚都有車流人流，不荒。如果有機會可跟老闆租輛電車，比外邊租的電車和共享便宜。

衞生很好，老闆娘很熱情，又靠近車站，離北海金灘，銀灘都很近，對面有一個北海最好的商場，地理位置非常不錯，下次還來，一定住這裏
