總體來説房間很乾凈整潔，價格也很實惠，老闆也很耿直，我自己買了海鮮炒着吃，但是手藝不怎麼好，老闆還幫忙炒了一下，味道非常好。如果下次有機會來北海，還會繼續住。

房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，經濟實惠！位置離北海銀灘很近，步行3、5分鐘，老闆非常熱情，服務周到，店裡電動車租金30元一天，遊玩觀景特別自在便利，周邊美食小吃也方便，海鮮粉15一碗鮮美味！非常滿意！

個人認為性價比高，這個價格在這個位置已經很划算了，出門走路十分鐘左右就能到銀灘，然後雖然是特價大床房，房間也不小，獨立衞浴也超級大，唯一不足的就是衞生有待加強，被子和浴巾上面有污漬，地面垃圾清掃的不是很乾凈等等，服務還是很到位的，剛到老闆會幫忙提行李，告知注意事項，阿姨態度也好，總體不錯，值得入住，有潔癖和注重細節的除外

老闆大好人，有問必答，幫買觀光遊輪的票超級便宜，還可以自己去買海鮮幫加工，做得很好吃，收費便宜，老闆很業務廣泛，但是要問到才會説
