The room environment is fantastic, and the bathroom is bright and clean. The WiFi signal is strong, and the shower has great water pressure and is nice and hot. Breakfast was also very good, and my child enjoyed eating there. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic; both check-in and check-out were very quick. The staff are very professional, and they respond to requests extremely fast. Any items we needed during our stay were delivered promptly, which significantly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around! I would definitely recommend it to friends~

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around, shop, and dine. The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and spacious, with a separate washbasin, shower, and toilet. The bed is just the right firmness. The restaurant dining area is well-arranged and never feels crowded, even during peak hours, and the food selection is quite rich. There's a coffee machine in the lobby offering complimentary coffee and cookies, which is a lovely touch. The front desk staff and housekeeping are friendly and attentive, truly commendable.

The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast and the hotel environment were also very good. Since the hotel just opened, the facilities are all quite new. However, when we checked in, the front desk didn't inform us that our room had been upgraded. We only received a street-view room. Yet, when the hotel followed up later, they claimed we had been upgraded, which left me a bit confused.

The room was really spacious, even better than it looked in the hotel's pictures, and very clean. The bedding and large bath towels were super comfortable, making for a great stay. The service was top-notch too! It's incredibly convenient for Universal Studios, and there are tons of delivery options nearby – you can order anything you crave. The price was also very reasonable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Universal.

The hotel is cosy, modern with a feel-at-home atmosphere. It’s within 30 mins drive from Beijing Capital Airport, there is a supermarket nearby. I arrived late and was upgraded for a bigger Deluxe room, which is really unexpected and pleasant thing. The reception guys are very neat, attentive and highly professional. Breakfast is varied with many Western options, as well as traditional North Chinese cuisine. I will definitely recommend this hotel👍

The room environment was great. Since we were visiting Beijing from out of town and didn't manage our time well, we arrived at the hotel a bit late. The staff even called to check on us and upgraded our room for free upon arrival. We were two moms with two babies, and the room was fully equipped. I specifically checked the toilet and showerhead in the bathroom, and they were both very clean. I was a bit worried because I had seen some reviews online, but I ultimately chose Hampton, and it didn't disappoint. The breakfast was also rich and varied, and the kids loved it.

Besides explaining the room amenities and breakfast times, they also thoughtfully recommended local eateries and travel routes frequented by locals, packed with useful tips. During our stay, we needed an item temporarily, and the front desk responded quickly; when it rained while we were heading out, they proactively offered us an umbrella. These many small details were incredibly heartwarming. The room was spotless, with no dirt even in the corners and crevices. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after our journey. The buffet breakfast offered a rich selection, including fresh fruits and vegetables, hot congee, and pastries, all with a light and palatable taste. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped us carry our luggage to the car. The service was genuinely sincere and thorough. With convenient transportation, excellent facilities, and exceptional service as a bonus, it offers great value for money. We'll definitely stay here again on our next road trip and highly recommend it to other self-driving travelers.

Pros: Overall, the hotel room is new and spacious. The hotel is near the Jiuyaoli Business Circle and Subway Station. The hotel has a complimentary laundry self-service. Hotel receptionists are helpful and friendly. Cons: The gym is a bit small and has limited equipment. The breakfast variety is limited. The room has an unpleasant smell, probably the post-renovated odour, since it is a new hotel still. Overall, it is still recommended.

The room is warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet and brand toiletries are all available. The quality is reflected in every detail. The staff was enthusiastic and patient from check-in to check-out. They took the initiative to help with luggage, recommend nearby food, and thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits and goodnight desserts. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly cooked noodles are a must. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is quiet in the bustling city. It is very suitable for both business travel and leisure travel. Highly recommended!
