We spent 3 wonderful days in Beijing and stayed at this hotel. It was a fantastic choice! We don't speak the language, so we were worried it might be difficult. But the front desk staff, 小包, went above and beyond to understand us using a translator and helped us with everything. The employees are so friendly, the rooms are clean, and there were no breakdowns or issues whatsoever. The area is excellent – the subway, shops, and beautiful skyscrapers are all nearby. We had included breakfast – a buffet. Everything was delicious, but unfortunately, we left early each day and only got to try it once. A special thank you to the hotel for the bed with an orthopedic mattress and pillows – I haven't slept that well in a long time
