The Purple Horse（the Forbidden City，Tiananmen）

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and that made me feel like a valued guest. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

The service here was excellent. The front desk personnel took extra time to show us to our room and demonstrate how everything worked. The room was clean and the air filter was a nice touch. No smell of cigarettes. We will definitely be back if we’re in Beijing again.

This new hotel is tucked down a side street in a hutong area and looks unassuming from the outside. Once inside you will be amazed at the beautiful spaces. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms even bigger with all the modern comforts you could want. Breakfast is a buffet and had a good selection of both western and Chinese foods. The front desk was incredibly accommodating, helping us order in dinner one night after a very long day.

Stay here for few nights, the housekeeping sometimes forget to refill amenities and didn't change the hotel slipper. The location is alright just that many taxi driver complaining the road is too small. The service is good, troubling the front desk to deliver the food and etc.

Perfect location for all your sight seeing needs, cool shops and great eats. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was yummy.
