Country Inn & Suites by Radisson,Beijing West Station North Square Hotel

Is ok close to Beijing Railway Station too far from Airport I not see any tourist attractions near by..

I'm not sure if it's an official Radisson or not, but I had a very pleasant stay. You csn easily find the hotel: just leave Beijing West station to the North square and head west through the parking lot and you'll find the hotel signs. The hotel is quite small and the room isn't huge either, but it's nice to spend a few nights. The room was very modern.

We chose this hotel because it is close to Beijing West Railway Station. Because we had to catch a train to Lhasa from there it was very convenient. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but does not provide many facilities. It is quite a small hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I like this hotel for its strategic location which is a mere 150m from Beijing West Railway Station and its adjoining subway station. Hotel cleanliness is satisfactory. Though very close to the train station, we hardly heard the noise from the trains throughout our stay in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was value for money. It consisted mainly of chinese food (dimsum pao, porridge, stir-fried dishes etc) with a coffee machine which makes reasonably good coffee. I will recommend this hotel to friends/relatives visiting Beijing.

This hotel was very cheap. I booked it basically because I was arriving late on a train and this seemed a better option that making my way half way across the city late at night. It wa surprising how nice the room was given the type of hotel it is. I would highly recommend for anyoen in a similar situation-perfect place to recharge after a long journey. i'm not sure I'd want to stay there for an extended stay but it's perfect for a quick stop. Most people arrivin gto Beijig by train from the west of China will arrive at Beijig West station and thi splace is literally a 5 minute walk from th enorth exit.

The WiFi bandwidth is not enough. Strange smell of the downstairs restaurant kitchen got into the room somehow, very likely from the aircon system.
