Amazing stay, clean room with free water and tea everyday. Great location for all tourist attractions, tasty restaurants just down the alleyway hot pot and bbq. Staff at hotel very friendly and always helpful with any questions. Young man (didnt get his name) very helpful when checking out about the airport and what to do there. Reccomend the hotel for a beijing visit

The rooms are very comfortable, perfect for family trips. The front desk staff are also incredibly friendly and enthusiastic; they'll proactively show you the way, help with your luggage, and tell you about delicious food and fun places in Beijing. The hotel's location is excellent, only a 10-minute taxi ride from the core area of Tiananmen.

The staff were so nice, they made sure I ordered the cab correctly on two occasions. There is no elevator so it would not be good for travellers with mobility issues. Otherwise clean and in a good location.

The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, and housekeeping was attentive. The room had all the amenities you could need, the bathroom was quite spacious with a great shower, and there was even a projector on the wall for watching movies at night. Overall, it was a very cozy and welcoming experience.
