Location is perfect! Subway lines nearby, bus stops very convenient. Apartment is also conveniently located next to The Place and walking distance to many amenities.

This room was spacious and fit my husband and two sons well. The location is fantastic. Areas of improvement are: there was no microwave in the room as advertised and no laundry soap. My husband had to borrow the soap from my room. The wooden planks on the single bed where broken and the beds were very hard. If laundry soap is provided, the bed fixed and the microwave placed in the room then it would be great.

Great sized studio apartment. Excellent walk-in wardrobe with iron/clothes drying rack. Kitchen is a good size with fridge, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom is modern wit shower h a contemporary toilet that lights up. Washing machine with internal dryer provided. The building is well situated above many restaurant and trendy cocktail bars, as well as a large shopping mall called the place. Th building also has access to a small gym.

The environment is good and the room is large. The room is cleaned every day. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave and refrigerator. I stayed here for six days and I am very satisfied. There is a shopping mall downstairs and it is very convenient to walk to the subway station in about ten minutes.
