Hangu Valley Retreat Gubei Water Town

It was my first time to go to Hangu Villa. I had been eyeing it for a long time. The environment was good, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was buffet, and the shuttle bus was always available. However, my children were afraid of riding in the bus, so it was quite tiring to walk in and out of Hangu.

The room is very beautiful. I like the small balcony in the room, where you can sit and bask in the sun. I live with my parents, and it is just right for three people. If you call the front desk wherever you want to go, a shuttle bus will come to pick you up. I would like to especially praise the hotel service for being very user-friendly. Every staff member has a very good attitude and is very enthusiastic. Because I accidentally twisted my foot while walking, I could only rest in the room. The hotel restaurant can deliver meals to the room, which is very convenient (a small delivery fee will be charged). The taste is also very good. The front desk guy also helped to deliver medicine. When we left, he also arranged a car to take us directly to the parking lot. My parents lived very comfortably, suitable for relaxing on weekends~ I will stay there again next time if I have the chance!

The room is located in the Gubei Water Town scenic area. The style is very simple, but the coffee machine and kettle tea in the room are very complete. It feels very relaxing to sit on the terrace and drink tea. The breakfast is very rich. The children also had a lot of fun in the children's area. The disadvantage is that the tatami mat is very soft and hard to lay on. In addition, because the room is full on weekends, there is no mattress to add. I hope this can be improved. If the room is full, more bedding can be prepared. In short, it is a good experience and I will come again if I have the chance.
