Stayed here with my mom for one night right before Chinese New Year. I chose this hotel because of its direct proximity to Tiananmen Square. The room was small but well-equipped, and you can grab more bottled water from the front desk if you run out. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, but they were all closed for the holiday, making the area a bit deserted. We went to see the flag-raising ceremony in the morning, and both the bus and subway access were very convenient. However, the directions from Baidu Maps were a bit off, making it a little hard to find at first, but a quick call to the front desk sorted everything out.

it was okay! stairs were a little creaky but that’s fine. low ceiling on the top. beds were quite hard but also bearable. shower facilities and sink were good, hotel did clean up for the room daily! :) overall good!! some bfast places nearby too

I stayed in the selected family room with windows for six nights. The room was clean, the beds were good, the location was great, and the staff was nice. Recommended!

The room was really clean but also small. The location is pretty good. But I really don’t recommend the breakfast. It was a traditional Chinese breakfast there was nothing we could eat

Location is best. The entrance is not on to the street, it is behind the building. Too many small rooms but it is acceptable compared to the price and location. Breakfast is not recommended as you can see from picture below

Satisfied, the service was warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning lady was very nice. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable to sleep on, and the room's overall facilities were quite smart.
