The location is fantastic! It's right across from Peking University, and you can even see it from the room. Tsinghua University is also very close. Getting around is super convenient, whether by taxi or subway. The service was excellent.

The hotel has two buildings: Building 1 and Building 9. Building 1 is easier to find, located closer to the outside, and its lobby is quite grand, like a star-rated hotel. Building 9, however, is deep inside the campus, but you can find it by following navigation. It's right next to a dorm building, giving it a feel more like a university guesthouse. The main advantage is its proximity to Peking University's East Gate, just a ten-minute walk. There are also shared bikes available outside if you want to get there even faster. The front desk, housekeeping, and luggage storage services were all excellent. While the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness was impeccable. My only complaint was the noise from the public area downstairs at night. For some reason, people would gather and chat around midnight, and the TV in the next room was often very loud, as the walls aren't very soundproof.

The room was spacious and bright, comfortable and clean. What I loved most were the two bathrooms and two TVs. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, making me feel very welcome. A special thanks to rooms 5141, 5124, 5311, and 5115 for their excellent service.

I visited Peking University with my child and after comparing several hotels nearby, this one offered the best value for money. It's within a 10-minute walk to Peking University's East Gate, Southeast Gate, and the subway station. I booked a suite in Building 9, which was spacious with a large bed and a single bed, perfect for a family. The facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The TV was barely bigger than a computer monitor. Breakfast was good, but it's in Building 5, about a 7-8 minute walk away. Parking is convenient and free. Building 9 is a bit hard to find, located at the very back of the complex. Overall, it was pretty good – not noisy at all, very quiet. I'd suggest the hotel be more child-friendly. My room rate included two breakfasts, and I had to pay an additional 30 yuan (half price) for my child. Honestly, they wouldn't lose much by just including an extra breakfast for that price. Southern hotels are definitely more accommodating in this regard than northern ones.

Zhongguan Xinyuan is excellent! It's clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are professional, friendly, and very efficient.

The hotel's location is excellent, nestled within Peking University's Zhongguancun campus. It's incredibly quiet and has a lovely atmosphere. Staying here is super convenient – Peking University is just across the overhead bridge, and Tsinghua University is a straight walk a few hundred meters away. The staff are very welcoming and address everyone as 'teacher,' which was a pleasant surprise. I'm very happy and satisfied with my stay.

Satisfied, clean and tidy. Environment: Good, service staff have a good attitude. Transportation is also very convenient, very close to Peking University East Gate, with Metro Line 4. And the breakfast is also very good and nutritious!

Absolutely fantastic, hands down the best stay I've ever had! This was for an exam, and the hotel was incredibly thoughtful, preparing a lovely little gift to wish me luck. The service was impeccable, from the front desk staff to housekeeping and the restaurant team – everyone was so attentive, making me feel right at home. The room facilities and hotel environment were also top-notch. My child rested well and performed brilliantly on the exam, all thanks to the entire hotel staff!
