Dirty Dirty Dirty hotel. Checked into my room, ou ic hair and dried urine on floor. Walls were Dirty. Bar fridge doesn't work, they moved me to several rooms, AC doesn't work. TVs are very old, rooms have mold in the bathrooms. Housekeeping is horrific. I don't mind if a hotel is older but it has to be clean. This hotel is Dirty. Had a massage in the spa I was offered sexual massage if I order to my room.

Perfect for conference at ISB. Lots of restaurants near the area. Near the airport.

Second time to stay here and a much better experience. The receptionists were helpful and efficient, my room was spacious and clean and I used the large gym to work out. It had lots of equipment. The pool is 25m too but I didn’t get chance to swim. The location is perfect in shunyi, close to local eateries and malls and the airport.

Out of the 7 4/5 star hotels I stayed while traveling through China, this one was the worst. The room was 886 yuan but I had to pay a deposit of 1445 yuan. The room was a free upgrade but not in good condition, wallpaper peeling off the wall, strong smell which was uncomfortable, and a magot in the bathroom. Definitely don't stay here.

The location of the hotel is good, and the service is very timely and thoughtful. Especially thanks to One Sun got in touch with us in time to inquire about our preferences and help us arrange suitable rooms. My friend thought the service was very considerate and thoughtful.the hotel service staff really patiently . I would choose this hotel next time.

The worst Crown Plaza ever stayed in. Chair was broken, very old hotel rooms, bad mould smell with furnitures almost falling apart. Very misleading location and there is no shuttle pickup if after 11pm. Totally not worth staying.

We stayed here on a one night layover. Comfortable and polite staff. Breakfast is expansive and good with both western and Chinese food. Only small annoyance is their airport shuttle only runs once an hour and can’t be reserved. We had a group of 7 so it wasn’t usable for as we didn’t know if there would be space. Didi is very easy though so can’t really complain.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Summer, who efficiently handled my check-in process with a warm and welcoming attitude. What stood out was her helpfulness in assisting me with the taxi fare, as I didn't have WeChat Pay, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The hotel's proximity to the exhibition center was incredibly convenient for my purposes, allowing me to easily access the event without any hassle. Additionally, the comfort and cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, providing a relaxing environment after a busy day. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast offered by the hotel. Not only was the variety impressive, but the quality of the food was exceptional.
