The front desk staff's communication skills are consistently terrible and disrespectful. I've stayed here over three times, and despite different staff, the arrogance is always the same. This is clearly a training and management issue. When checking out and returning the key card, guests politely say "hello," but the front desk staff coldly responds with a blunt "Give it to me." The only positive experience with the staff was with the elevator attendant, who was warm and polite, reminding me that this is indeed a star-rated hotel.

This hotel offers pretty good value for money, with an excellent location and affordable prices. While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. However, the customer service and the female front desk staff were quite subpar. They were unwilling to offer room upgrades or late check-outs, which was disappointing. I hope they improve, as it would be a shame to waste such a great location and the efforts of most of the other staff members.

I personally really like this hotel. The location is very convenient, and it's clean. Although it's a bit older, it's definitely convenient, and it's great that it has a gym and a pool. The service was good; they immediately resolved any issues we had with the facilities.

First off, the front desk service during check-in was really perfunctory. I arrived at the hotel at 1 PM, and the front desk told me the room wasn't ready, the earliest would be around 1:30 PM. I said 'okay' because we had our child with us, had just gotten off the high-speed train, and it was pouring rain outside. The hotel lobby was already packed with guests checking in, with nowhere to sit and wait. I asked if they could text or call me when the room was ready. The front desk said, 'You'll just have to come to the front desk and ask if the room is ready!' We finally checked in at 2 PM. We put our luggage in the room, and since the rain had stopped, we took a taxi to explore. By the time we returned, it was dark, and that's when we realized how truly rundown and dirty this room was. Firstly, there wasn't a large mirror over the sink, only two small wall-mounted makeup mirrors, and they didn't even have lights. There was a mirror on the wall opposite the bathtub, but it was useless; I can't do my makeup while sitting in the bathtub! The shower area was also very old and dilapidated. The entire room was incredibly dim at night. I turned on all the desk lamps and floor lamps in the room, and it was still very dark. Maybe the hotel doesn't dare to make it too bright, because if it were, you'd see how dirty everything is. The air conditioner blew directly at the head of the bed; I don't know who designed that. It was an old-fashioned rotary knob, and even set to 25 degrees on the lowest setting, it still blew directly, making it very uncomfortable. The next day, my child woke up with a bit of a cold. Going down for breakfast, there was no one to seat us, so we had to find our own table. The hotel breakfast selection was pitifully small and tasted bad, and the fruit wasn't fresh. In short, the experience was really awful. I advise everyone to look at the real reviews. I rarely give hotels bad reviews, but this time, it's absolutely necessary. I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel in Beijing!

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near famous attractions like CCTV. Getting around is super easy. The room even has a walk-in closet and is very spacious and comfortable. I've already recommended it to friends and family.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside a metro station. The service attitude is also good, especially the greeters at the entrance and the elevator attendant. The gym facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the hotel is older, the room amenities are well-maintained. My only complaint is that the breakfast variety doesn't match the price.

Upon checking in, Miss Zoe at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic. When I asked about upgrading my room type, she immediately and proactively helped me check and change it, quickly finding me a room with a better view. She was patient and polite throughout our conversation, very efficient, and took the initiative to explain the hotel facilities. Her attention to detail showed thoughtful service, and she was serious and responsible in addressing guest needs. She's an excellent front desk staff member! 👍
