The environment is great, clean, and the service is excellent. Direct access to the mall is a big plus. The room was tidy and comfortable, with good lighting and soundproofing. The check-in process was smooth. Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend staying here.

This is our third or maybe fourth stay here. My kids absolutely love it. The hotel has a great location and offers excellent value for money.

The room was very clean, and they upgraded my room beforehand and even provided a fruit platter. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and close to all the main attractions. Dining is also super convenient with the mall right next door. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

Extremely disappointed with this stay. The room was incredibly dirty; the bathroom had a strange odor, mold in the corners, and the bedding and towels were noticeably unclean with hair and stains. The facilities were old and worn. Service was perfunctory, and no one addressed our feedback. It offered very poor value for money. I won't be returning and do not recommend it. The tap water was severely yellow, both hot and cold, and it didn't clear up even after running for a long time, making it unusable for washing, brushing teeth, or showering. The hygiene and safety standards are unacceptable, leading to an awful experience that falls far short of InterContinental hotel standards. Avoid this place at all costs!

Overall, my stay was quite good, although the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the central air conditioning isn't very smart and a bit inconvenient to use. However, none of this affects my five-star rating for Zoe! Zoe's service was truly impeccable. She was enthusiastic and attentive throughout, always responding promptly and patiently to any requests. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly warm and comfortable. These 5 points are purely for Zoe's outstanding service; her dedication completely overshadowed any shortcomings in the facilities. Many thanks for her thoughtful care!

Staying at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town for Chinese New Year, I have to give a huge shout-out to Zoe from Guest Relations! She was incredibly efficient and arranged our room perfectly. Even more surprising was the New Year's gift she prepared for us – it truly made the occasion special ✨. My first stop in the Year of the Horse, and I was completely won over by such thoughtful service. A perfect experience!
