We had a nice experience during our stay here. Straring from checking all through check out, everything was smooth. Everybody was polite, speaks english and very much approachable. The breakfast buffet was good, we had a quick swim on our last night which was fun as well. All in all, great!

Fantastic hotel location, with direct access to a shopping centre downstairs (lots of food options). All the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that, our room was not very clean. Our room (807) had a strange smell on entering, and I also noticed bits hair and nail clippings in the bathroom

Room and decor were quite tired. Bathroom was lovely but main room felt like 4 star room. It was also quite dark.

The hotel is connected to the shopping mall. Room is nice and clean. People at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast too!

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The hotel is well-connected to a mall, making shopping and dining super convenient. As vegetarians, we were happy to find plenty of veg food options, and there were Indian restaurants nearby too, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful—they even assisted us in transferring money to our Alipay account for online payments. Their hospitality really made our trip smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service in Beijing!

Loved everything about the stay. Great location, in walking distance to many awesome restaurants. Loved the pool, and sauna and steam room. Service was excellent, breakfast was varied and good. Just need beds that are not rock hard!
