Overall, it was a great experience! The butler service was attentive and timely, and they effectively resolved any issues. Breakfast was plentiful, though I didn't eat much as I'm currently on a diet. The lobby on the first floor had a nice display, perfect for passing the time while waiting for friends. Stayed for two days, and it was definitely good!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The surroundings are beautiful, and the room was incredibly spacious. The hotel staff provided amazing service – very attentive and thoughtful. Plus, the Western restaurant on the second floor serves delicious food!

Facilities: Since it was redecorated in 2008, the room facilities are a bit old. The TV stand can no longer be rotated, but other facilities are fine. Hygiene: The hygiene level is good, and it's very clean. Service: The butler service is also great. You can call the butler to help deliver drinks to the room.

They even sent milk and cookies to the room, truly demonstrating what St. Regis butler service is all about. My entire stay was reassuring and comfortable; I felt incredibly well looked after, and the experience was just outstanding. The hotel boasts an excellent location, elegant ambiance, comfortable rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The overall atmosphere is understated yet luxurious. Next time I'm in Beijing, The St. Regis Beijing will still be my top choice. Highly recommended!

The St. Regis Beijing boasts an excellent location, making it convenient for getting around, and the surrounding area is pleasantly quiet. Our butler, William, provided thoughtful and gentle service, promptly addressing all our requests, which made us feel very well taken care of. The hotel's hot spring was wonderfully relaxing, and the environment was clean and tidy. Overall, it was a warm, comfortable, and very satisfying stay.

Aside from the aging room lights and outlets, this hotel is truly the pinnacle of luxury in China, comparable to a St. Regis. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly intuitive and attentive. Moreover, the guests were all very well-behaved and quiet. St. Regis is definitely my top choice whenever I visit Beijing.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's quite close to the embassy district, and you'll see a lot of foreigners at breakfast. Generally speaking, it's a well-established hotel. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the lobby sofas and furniture are classic. Many heads of state have also stayed here.

The room was a bit small, and the bathroom ceiling was quite low. You also had to shower in the bathtub, which wasn't very convenient. However, the service was good.

The rooms at The St. Regis are excellent, and the gym and pool are both top-notch.

The service of the hotel is good while it still has room of improvements especially the treatment for solo traveller.
