Jiuhua Villa is very big and has a nice environment. The indoor facilities, hygiene and service are in place. There is strawberry picking in this season, and fresh strawberries are delivered to the hotel every day for sale and tasting. I especially like its outdoor hot spring swimming pool, which solves the problems of low water temperature, chlorine disinfection and poor air quality in general swimming pools. It is very suitable for our elderly and children to swim. Try to come once a month, especially in the cold season, steam sauna, take a hot spring bath and swim for exercise.

This trip was for the car-themed room, and the interior layout was pretty good. The kids had fun and slept well. In general, I can feel that the location of Lao Jiuhua Villa is based on Feng Shui. It is quite comfortable to live on the 12th floor of such a large building. In terms of facilities, I went to the supermarket on the first floor to buy some snacks and toys at night. The next morning, because the room did not come with breakfast, I went to the front desk lobby and ordered two cups of Starbucks coffee. Overall, it was okay. The catering department did not deliver meals to the room, so if you want to eat or drink, you have to go out of the house to find food. In terms of service, first of all, the room service department answered the phone and came to my room immediately to solve the problem that the TV and movie station Tencent member terminal scanned the code and charged 12.99 yuan but could not be used. The attitude was positive and serious. Although I complained about the payment and could not use it in the end and got a refund, I got interesting information from the chat with the staff from the housekeeping department that there was a quiet place with flowers and trees in the northeast of the 16th area building, which was suitable for children to play, so we had fun there for a long time after dinner. There are three issues that I need the hotel to pay attention to during this stay, which will greatly lower the hotel's star rating: 1 Can the front desk check-in staff have uniform etiquette training on polite language and behavior? When I checked in, I took the initiative to ask: Hello, are you checking in here? The pretty and cute girl sat there and replied without looking up: "Give me your ID card." Then there was silence for five minutes, and my family and I waited. Suddenly, the room card was "slammed" on the big stone table. The front desk said: "The room is on the 12th floor." I asked back: "Is that it?!" The girl at the front desk replied very calmly: "It's over." It can be seen that the other party works like this and is not targeting anyone. But as a service industry, the details of words and deeds must not be so casual. The front desk of other hotels often stands with the guests, and there are also guidance and the simplest courtesy when checking in. This is unseen in hotels of this level. 2 The sightseeing train promoted on the hotel sales homepage is my favorite item in consumption selection, but after checking in, I called the hotel to ask that there is no such item, and I was told that I can choose hot springs if I want to play. So what is the situation? If there is no more, don't write it again. Otherwise, if you go there for your children to play and there is nothing, how can you not be disappointed and change your travel plans? 3 I saw the sign of Ctrip check-in channel at the hotel front desk when I was taking a walk in the evening, but the front desk was not informed of the rights of Ctrip check-in members when I checked in. I only knew that I could get free parking when I left after reading the reviews of other Ctrip members. I asked the front desk who checked in at night (this group of people were really nice, casual but sincere and humane when communicating with people.) Then I knew where to get the parking rights. I was also confused when I left this morning. I thought it was a one-stop service like other hotels to collect cards, check out and park for free. Who would have thought that the waiter was also casual in his words and deeds, and asked me to return the card to the front desk. A young man at the front desk took the card and said, "Okay." This is simple and acceptable. Now I want to say that the services of the hotel front desk that I am not satisfied with can completely enable artificial intelligence robots to complete the work, which is more efficient. This stay is the most impolite hotel staff service I have encountered since I used Ctrip software. After all, it is a time-honored brand in the 16th district of Jiuhua Villa in Beijing. It cannot survive by just attending meetings and events every day. Since it is a parent-child suite, the simplest software service must be able to provide it. It is rare for a parent-child suite to have an exclusive butler in the room, so the front desk should at least be either professional and polite, or sincere and enthusiastic, right?

I checked in with my child to attend a competition. It was already 10pm when we arrived. I saw a lot of people checking in. I was thinking I would have to wait in line for a long time when I suddenly saw a registration service window exclusively for Ctrip members. No one was in line. Thanks to Xiao Wang and Xiao Chen from the guest department for their quick processing and excellent service, and for giving me breakfast and a gift when I checked in.

My child came to participate in the competition and booked a hotel here. Many years ago, the company organized a hot spring here. This time I revisited it. The hotel is very large, the room layout is standard, relatively clean, and the room has good sound insulation, so you can't hear the outside noise. Ctrip's booking service is very good, and the attitude to solve problems is good and efficient, especially Xiao Zhang and Xiao Wang from the guest relations. I will still book rooms on Ctrip in the future.
