櫃台對顧客講話很不禮貌，我訂的房間（給我2張小床）我要換成一張大床，櫃檯說我訂的這種等級#不能換大床，態度太藐視客人。
The receptionist was very rude when talking to customers. I wanted to change the room I booked into a large bed. The receptionist said that I could not change to a large bed for the level I booked. Just can arrange me two small beds,Their attitude was too contemptuous of the guests.
