We paid 10 times the price for the October holiday only to find everything was closed in the hotel. Not at all convenient to get to from parking lot or to get to the hot springs (so far and such a hassle we canceled our hot springs plans). Restaurant was closed. Bar was closed. Pool was freezing and hot tub was closed. No fire in the fire pit any night. Have to take two shuttles to get most anywhere. Room was nice and clean. Staff seemed completely unfamiliar with logistics and no anticipation on anything the entire stay, with slow and difficult responses to requests. Simply very poor and ill equipped for any guests, particularly foreigners. Paid SUPER high prices for the Oct holiday 9000RMB for two nights only to be treated to each at seemed like a budget hotel experience. Unbelievably disappointed.

In Gubei Water Town, we chose the Huotang Hotel, which has a good reputation on the Internet. The Tibetan decoration is unique, and the environment is quiet and pleasant. It is a good place for leisure and vacation. During the stay at the hotel, the service butler Wang Xinyue was enthusiastic, meticulous and thoughtful. He told us the performance time of the show, and the scheduled shuttle bus was also very timely. The treasure-level hotel is located in a corner of Gubei Water Town. There are a dozen rooms in Tibetan-style decoration. There is an indoor swimming pool (not open due to low occupancy rate), and it is equipped with a smart toilet cover. The bathroom brand basically belongs to the Ctrip Golden Diamond Hotel. N刷古北，主要是因為古北水鎮是唯一一個既不用出京，又能找到旅行的感覺到地方。看麻了小鎮，就想另覓新徑。水鎮火塘在水鎮最深處，清幽、安靜，酒店藏式風格，入住率不高，土樓一層沒有開放，拍不到全景。前台小姑娘温柔耐心，樓內的服務人員也是熱情周到。高級大床房沒有窗户，感覺比較壓抑，好在給升級了豪華大床房，窗外潺潺溪流，非常愜意。除了用餐需要到念成，游泳需要到函谷，其他非常完美。

這次連續在火塘住了兩天，酒店有特色，房間乾淨設施齊全，前台小姐姐全程都在微笑式服務，人美心善，熱情細心，我們要去土樓參觀，由於沒有正式開放，還需要幫忙開門開燈，並且幫我們鋪好沙發，不厭其煩的帶我們參觀給我們介紹，其他工作人員也都是很耐心負責，總之體驗感很好，也拍到了很多好看的照片，下次有時間還會再來！

酒店非常的驚喜，簡直就是寶藏級的發現。也是從攜程上精挑細選的。酒店實地比照片好看。先説優點（1）濃郁的藏族風格，讓你覺得耳目一新，感官上就會覺得驚艷；（2）在古北水鎮藍谷的最深處，非常幽靜，喜歡不被打擾的可以選擇這裏；（3）可能是入住率低，酒店又非常新，所以各類設施都顯得如同剛剛建成一樣；（4）衞生條件非常好，床單的摺痕，細節處沒有頭髮，地板擦的發亮，光腳走一點問題都沒有；再來説説缺點：（1）由於入住率低，所以吃早飯要去較遠（800米）的函谷山莊酒店；（2）酒吧、圍樓之類的都沒開；（3）出行全部要靠擺渡車，不過叫車也非常方便，5分鐘就到了。但經常叫車會覺得給司機師傅添麻煩；（4）空調好像沒法設定温度，建議修一修，估計是個例，房間是211；
最後總結一下：酒店新、衞生好、幽靜、價位合適，但是入住率低導致很多公共設施沒開放。整體來説打95分。感謝前台的：王欣月，非常熱情，有問必答，始終保持微笑服務
