⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly satisfying stay! Our recent stay at this hotel in Beijing was excellent overall, leaving us with a warm and lasting impression. First and foremost, I'd like to commend the hotel's service. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel very comfortable and truly at home. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, right behind Beijing Railway Station, making transportation exceptionally easy. This was a huge relief for us as tourists visiting Beijing. Furthermore, the thoughtful services provided by the hotel pleasantly surprised us. We stayed for four consecutive nights, and the hotel offered a complimentary bag of laundry service and even a complimentary half roasted duck, which was a very generous gesture. The hotel's dining prices were also very reasonable, with the breakfast buffet at just 38 yuan per person, and in-house guests receiving a 30% discount on regular meals. I particularly loved the small courtyard in the center of the hotel. It offered a relaxed and comfortable environment. After a busy day, sitting in the courtyard to eat and relax felt incredibly pleasant. Of course, I have two small suggestions for the hotel to consider: The carpet in the hotel corridors appears a bit old. If possible, I suggest replacing or renovating it in due course, which I believe would make the overall environment even more comfortable. Additionally, during our stay, the toilet flush in the bathroom seemed a bit sluggish. I hope the hotel can check and improve this. Overall, this is a hotel with warm service, a convenient location, great value for money, and a very human touch. Thanks to the dedicated service of the hotel staff, our trip to Beijing was made even more memorable. If we visit Beijing again, we will definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to our friends! 💕

The hotel is in a quiet location with convenient access to nearby business districts. The hotel's interior design has a unique 'Eastern Red, Sun Rising' theme, rich in historical significance. As someone from the 'Red Land' who grew up hearing stories of ancestors sacrificing themselves in the Anti-Japanese War, I had carefully read chapters of 'Red Star Over China' in my youth. With the passage of time, I made a special trip this time to revisit the author's work and residence, to carefully observe and reflect on Chairman Mao's eight-character warning.

On a scorching 36-degree day, as soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, someone proactively opened the door for us. While checking in, the front desk staff brought me a glass of water, and even though I declined help with my luggage, they still offered twice. The room might be a bit small, but it's perfectly functional – a compact space with everything you need. There's a laundry room and a restaurant. We chose this hotel because we were leaving by train that night and it's very close to Beijing Station, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! From the front desk to the restaurant and the laundry room, every staff member we encountered provided service with a smile and handed things over with both hands. My child loved it here too. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Beijing. Friends visiting Beijing should come and experience it for themselves!

This guesthouse, tucked away in a hutong, is the former residence of Edgar Snow and perfectly captures the old Beijing hutong charm. I stayed at Beijing Zhong An Hotel for three days, and my overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff were warm and attentive; one of the service guys even helped me carry my luggage to the room. During my stay, I saw many foreign guests, which created a great atmosphere. The breakfast, especially, was a highlight. It was a Western and Chinese buffet with a rich variety of authentic dishes, catering to both Chinese breakfast preferences and Western light meals. The hotel's location is also superb, close to Beijing Railway Station. There's a small alleyway from the hutong that leads you to the hotel in about a hundred meters, and it's also very near Tiananmen Square, making transportation incredibly convenient. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended.
