本來定的特價房，店家很好，看我們三個人給換了家庭房，房間很大，有地暖，温度還可以，就是早晨起床發現沒電也沒水了，快八點了才有，院裏很大有個遊樂場，有蹦床鞦韆，適合孩子玩，延慶的天氣真的不錯，天特別藍，店家還送了柴雞蛋，謝謝店家了

位置比較好，離龍慶峽挺近的，離世園會也不遠，問了服務員是新開的，房間裝修比較簡約，有智能馬桶，地暖還挺暖和，大床挺舒服，提供早餐比較貼心！設施比較新！有小童樂園和小動物樂園，帶小孩挺適合！感覺春夏秋比較好，冬天比較荒涼！

房間很乾凈 環境不錯 空氣很好 屋內獨立空調 前台服務員很熱情 很好説話 美中不足隔音不好 隔着門 樓道説話聲音特別清楚；礦泉水供應不太情願！ 後面有個小遊樂場 挺好的

房間夠大，冬天很暖和。智能馬桶，多種沐浴噴頭都很意外。住宿外面還可以坐在鞦韆上看星星，可以滑草。需要改進床有點軟，還有估計晚上洗澡的人多，導致水温不熱。

前台工作人員服務態度很好，房間有地暖晚上不冷，院子很大有不少孩子玩的遊樂設施，公共區域有桌球桌，高級房間有麻將機，整體感覺很好。

酒店環境挺好，配套設施齊全。院子裏的大場地非常好，適合溜娃。前台小哥很熱情，耐心解答，下次還會光顧。
