When checking in, because the information displayed incorrectly, the hotel said to send bath towels. After checking out, I would not send them if I did not remind them. As a result, they sent the bath towels used by the hotel. I really don't know if they are new or used by the hotel. And it was said that someone left our room, and there were three room stuck. A stranger left our room. My luggage is still in the room, and I cannot find it when I check out at noon. Called the front desk and said it was at the front desk. If a guest checks out and finds that his luggage is in the guest room, shouldn’t he call the guest the first time? There are too many slots, I really don't have much to say about this service management.

非常滿意的一次入住，北京站下車完全使用公共交通即可到達，雖在通州卻出行方便。酒店很新，設施都很好，最驚喜的是早餐，樣式非常多，中西選擇樣式多多，孩子説下次來北京還住這😄

工作原因經常出差，住過很多酒店，這家酒店服務超級好，前台小姐姐説話超有禮貌，辦完入住會禮貌的告訴房間的方向，早餐幾點開始，房間的wifi密碼，外賣送來不方便下來取會很貼心的幫送上去，房間乾淨、舒適，一般酒店的床都很軟，不習慣睡軟床，就問前台小姐姐有沒有稍微硬一點的床墊，客房姐姐很貼心的幫忙更換，房間還贈送了果盤。 設施：酒店配備健身房，工作閑暇之餘對喜歡健身的朋友們簡直太友好了。 環境：整體設計歐式風格，好像不需要出國就可以領略歐建風格，院子裏的景色超美，喝上一杯咖啡，在院子裏轉轉也別有一番風味。 酒店的早餐豐富多樣，有中餐，西餐，滿足了各類人羣的需求，這次入住體驗超級耐斯。

帶孩子來通州這邊參加考試的住這家酒店，前台小姑娘給辦手續時聽説孩子病了，主動給我們升級了他們好一點的房間，告訴我不用繞遠去另外一棟樓了。第二天一早打來電話，貼心問我孩子好些了嗎？有沒有什麼需要幫忙的。很感動。

酒店環境舒適、衞生乾淨整潔，整體管理有序，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，睡眠質量很好！早餐豐盛可口，味道不錯，種類多樣，讓人吃得很滿足。酒店員工態度友好，服務細緻周到，讓人感受到温暖和關懷。

房間乾淨衞生，前台服務態度非常好，也非常專業，特別感謝前台杜鈺美女，服務很貼心還幫我們升級了房間，在酒店住的非常開心，樓層大姐也很有禮貌，房間打掃的也很乾凈，下次來北京還會選擇嘉悦酒店。

房間乾淨寬敞，衞生乾淨。特別喜歡的是酒店的環境，離温榆河綠道非常近，晨跑極舒適。內部綠化覆蓋率高，維護細緻。 服務周到。工作人員禮貌熱情，從前台王經理到前台、餐廳、樓層服務員，都友善熱情，體貼專業。 歐式風格的建築搭配優美的環境，賞心悦目。早餐品種豐富。
