太差了 一萬個差評 來懷柔辦事或者旅遊選擇住宿的朋友們 千萬不要來這個酒店 辦入住等了半天 前台女的就是一個** 一問三不知 什麼什麼都不會！問什麼她都不知道！請問你是來上班的嗎？家呆著去吧 到了屋裡竟然發現馬桶上竟然有尿漬！這不是最最最基本的衞生清潔問題吧 根本沒有打掃！太臟了 噁心！臟的要死！千萬不要來住！！！

原來的宜尚酒店變更為宜珵酒店 明顯服務和衞生條件下滑不少 房間衞生狀況不理想 水壓和很多評價説的一樣 小的可憐 水池周圍 洗澡間發黴問題也很嚴重 牆體開裂發黃 床頭破損 隔音也一般般 哎 不會再來了 附近有更多選擇 這個價格很不划算 就是快捷酒店的水平吧

環境、衞生、房間一切都還好，但是前台態度和服務不敢恭維，很影響旅程體驗以及心情～～倒不是要求多周到的服務，但起碼最基本的尊重和禮貌應該做到，進門辦入住，一位戴黑框眼鏡的女前台看見我們先是斜眼上下打量，還沒等我們説話就略帶白眼的質問我們“沒預訂不能住”（上來先來個警告教育嗎還是想咋樣？）連句你好都不帶加的…而後更是差點漏給雙早早餐券，全程似欠黑框眼鏡女五百萬的一張臭臉和態度，客人沒走遠就開始竊竊私語，真給人很不好的印象。雖然其他一切都ok，不會再來這家了，會選擇起碼前台經過禮儀培訓的連鎖酒店。

房內設施都是品牌的而且都挺新，用起來很不錯，公共設施還有多功能廳，圖書館，這個價位的酒店可以説性價比非常高了，酒店位置也很不錯，前台服務人員很有親和力，介紹附近小吃路線和景點。還有寫小標簽，我們帶着也很方便，很用心的一家店！提供的早飯味道也很適合我們口味，住起來非常愜意，舒適，家人都非常喜歡。
