帶爸媽來北京旅遊被同學安利了這家酒店，交通真的非常便捷，距離北京南站北站都是半小時以內，周邊附近也有各種北京特色小吃和館子，客房服務的阿姨看到我們洗衣服會非常細心的多放兩包洗衣液，晚上感覺有蚊子打電話到前台，前台也會盡力幫忙提供電蚊香，真心是有求必應的服務態度，下次也會推薦給朋友

服務：我們來這邊看病的，早上出門有簡餐，晚上9點以後提供夜宵，房間有零食禮包，提供礦泉水，早餐也蠻豐盛的，有免費停車場，網速快，辦公方便，很滿意的入住體驗，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間寬敞明亮，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯！周邊臨近護國寺，小吃蠻多的，交通便利，值得推薦給大家🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，無一點灰塵，美中不足的是浴室略有一點點小，瘦人還能轉開，胖人的話，略轉不開。

態度好，房間也很乾凈，位置離地鐵口很近，去哪都方便。每天都給補上免費的水和娃哈哈。還有口罩，壓縮毛巾，髮圈之類的小東西放在大廳門口，需要什麼自己拿取，很方便，走的時候是早上，還給裝的牛奶和麪包。下次去的話，還會選擇這裏。回來就給朋友推薦了。

試睡一晚，感覺不錯，後又續住。同價位酒店算性價比高的了。帶長者出遊最重要的就是行和住。怕休息不好，高血壓易犯，所以我也就對住格外重視。我對酒店的剛需：住的得舒心（離地鐵近，有窗，能充電，有刷卡電梯，洗澡24小時熱水，安靜，衞生乾淨，服務好，周邊有超市早餐，去景點近便，玩累了打車回來離酒店近），看遍了所有差評和參考攻略最終選定這家，老媽很滿意。並視為“家”。住的舒心也不想自己的家了。尤其要提一下，前台小李，為顧客着想，很温暖、很耐心、很體貼、很善解人意。清潔大姐打掃衞生也很乾凈。其他人也都是很熱情禮貌。這家店收藏了，再來還住這。

入住體驗不錯，出衚衕不行大約6-8分就有地鐵。酒店在護國寺小吃街內，吃飯很方便，當然外賣也可以。位置離恭王府，什剎海都不算遠，體力允許的情況下可以步行前往。店裡提供孩子愛喝的鈣奶，夜宵有雞蛋，酒店服務到位，我們是親子出遊，寶貝7歲，定的1.8米大床有窗，還是挺成功的。

全家旅行，以前住過他家另一家，印象很好，酒店服務人員禮貌周到，衞生細節到位，買了帶早餐的房間，超值方便，到早上10點多還提供，起的晚的絕對方便。位置臨近4號線車站，北京南站過來很方便，去周邊餐飲超多，護國寺小吃總店就在附近，往東直走到恭王府就1公里多，北海公園都在附近

房間雖然有點小，但安排合理到也夠用！最喜歡的是早餐，不奢華但樣樣精品，良心製作，餐廳服務人員態度也是超級暖心，進門問候，菜品介紹，真是從心裏暖了，下次來還會選擇的酒店！

毫不誇張的説，來北京踩的最大的雷就是這家酒店~一整個誇大營銷，惡刷好評，欺騙消費者，圖文不符，房間巨小，床到櫃子的距離小孩子都要側身才能走過，電梯又小又慢，衞生也差，總之和評分以及這價格嚴重不符，謹慎，避雷！！！
