I stayed at the Beijing Bulgari Hotel this weekend and had an absolutely fantastic experience. This is my first time staying at Bulgari, and the environment is stunning, combining Chinese culture with Italian style that makes me feel luxurious.
The mattress was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after a long day of learning at school. The food offerings were also impressive. I tried both Chinese breakfasts and Italian breakfasts, all of which are tasty. I also ordered a pasta, which had many steps in the production process and was made very delicately.
One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service from my housekeeper, Shengy. She was incredibly attentive and made communication effortless. Her service truly enhanced my experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Beijing Bulgari Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with top-notch service! The Bulgari Hotel Beijing is my favorite hotel in Beijing!!

北京寶格麗真的非常頂了，孩子非常喜歡。無微不至的照顧。前台Daniel看到我們帶着兩小孩。送了很多小禮物。特別細心。會觀察旅客的情況安排恰到好處的招待。非常貼心。這次行程很趕，入住一天真的沒住夠。很喜歡寶格麗泳池。人少水好。私密性很高。為我們小管家Daniel的服務打cal了。早餐出品可以。比較穩定。酒廊感受特別好。我們結束營業才忙完去。我們自己帶了紅酒。帶眼鏡的小妹妹忘記問名字了。貼心幫我們服務。介紹。本來她已經下班。體驗感特別好。下次見

唯一的四分給工作人員吧，很禮貌，前台兩個男生禮節很到位培訓的也很好，其他的不想給，講幾個需要改進的吧，第一是房間不是很大空調開了一會會自動沒風需要反覆打開，第二很多地方沒有提示説明如何使用，找遍了窗簾控制按鈕結果在牀頭櫃裏，累 第三是馬桶不乾淨，開起來光照的時候能看到有一圈很明顯的黃色，很影響使用感，第四是浴缸比較小，沒有靠枕，防滑墊也沒放在明顯位置，第五是夜床衹有熱茶，配額外的點心水果會更好，第六隔音不行，關着門都能聽到外面説的什麼話，第七，電話衹有一箇中心呼叫，沒有細分管家服務大堂呼叫房間清掃和客房送餐電話，説説優點吧，送的雞尾酒調的不錯很好喝一樓酒吧外景還是很漂亮的，有三公里免費去三里屯方便點，樓下沒有大肚腩佔座都是香香軟軟的美女，酒店裝修風格不錯，備品牙膏漱口水很好，飲用水上斐泉或sigma或寶格麗專用水會更好，門口小哥也很有禮貌，下雨會撐傘，會開車門，特別表揚戴眼鏡的男前台和頭髮比較少的男前台，兩個人服務特別好，如果可以我會寫表揚信到總部

第二次入住北京寶格麗。這次自駕到北京出差，順便提前給孩子慶祝生日。闊別一年再次入住，還是一樣恰到好處的舒適。對於有潔癖的人，酒店房間的衞生自然是我最看重的。在這一點上，寶格麗從來不會讓人失望。每天打掃得很徹底，甚至在房間找不到一根頭髮。讓人很安心。酒店無論是前台、值班經理，或是客房部的員工，甚至保潔阿姨，無不笑臉相迎，有温度的提供讓人倍感舒適的服務，及時滿足我們各種需求。暑假的北京實在是太擁擠了，每天開車從外面回到酒店，有種回到家的舒服和自在。對了，除了免費停車，不得不提酒店的早餐，24小時供應已經非常人性化了，重點是量實在是太大了，對孩子也是一樣的份量而且還免費，味道和品質也是可圈可點。住了五天四晚，胖了三斤😄還有特別喜歡酒店的備品，在這方面酒店也是非常的慷慨👍寶格麗作為北京星級酒店天花板當之無愧，希望能一直這麼優秀下去👏

酒店裝修高檔奢華。房間寬敞大氣，床品極度舒適，床墊舒服到可以忽略自己的體重，像睡在雲上。早餐種類豐富，不管幾點起床都可以送到房間。專車三公里接送服務很方便。退房送了行李牌，以後來北京會再來住的。
