Breakfast: Delicious and warm after eating. The food cooked by the chef is delicious and I feel satisfied every time I finish it. I stayed here with my cute little bear for more than a week. I basked in the sun every day, climbed the nearby plank road with my friends, and saw the mountains surrounded and the sun shining brightly. I could really feel the leisure time. Will come again if I have the chance:)

In a very quiet and remote mountain village, the staff provides good service, group butler management, and communication within the group is enough. The style is very popular among the elderly and children. Because it was raining for a few days, it was a pity that the swimming pool could not be used, but everything else was very good~ great! Looking forward to the next time, if there are too many people, we will book a courtyard house or townhouse in front. In short, if you want to relax and have a good rest with your family, this is really recommended!

Not very good, don't go anymore. The price/performance ratio is very low. The swimming pool was full of bugs, the water was very ice, and it was groundwater, which was unsanitary and disgusting. The room facilities are also very simple, I feel pitted. Don't step on the pit anymore. The comfort and facilities of the room are totally inconsistent with the price. The floor, Arabic-style chandeliers and other decorative objects make the room look full of texture, so you can take photos of Internet celebrities in minutes! Food and beverages can be solved in the in-store restaurant. It is really a one-price all-inclusive service. But it needs to be booked in advance. The butler will purchase fresh ingredients according to the meal booked by the guest. It is good value for money and a great experience!

環境不錯，設施較新，房間很大，有孩子玩的，夏天有泳池應該更好。 不足：廁所最好能加個門或者實心的屏風😂 早餐人均約7元，太簡陋了，需要增加品類配得上硬件環境

先説結論：挺坑的！本打算春節期間帶家人滑滑雪、泡個私湯，在攜程選了這家號稱懷北滑雪場店的民宿，實際距離懷北滑雪場車程25分鐘，建議要是奔着滑雪去就別選這家了。對了，早餐官方的時間是8點開始到9天，因為要去頂門滑雪跟店裡商量能不能早一點，開始工作人員答應7點半可以打包帶走，結果回到前台覺得時間太早很為難，最終不得不妥協延遲到7點45分；我選的Loft房型，實際面積（上下層加在一起）絕對比頁面介紹的45㎡小很多，從攜程上看到衞生間是開放式的 （如圖），結果實際上是非常狹小的空間，衞生間和洗澡間都是利用閣樓下的狹小空間，工作人員反饋是照片不是他家的，説後台上錯了，難道上架也不檢查嗎；四人套餐幾乎全都是辣的菜，沒有考慮小童需求，前期溝通也沒有詢問是否有口味要求，那怪我沒主動説了唄，為了讓孩子能吃一點要求加一個蛋炒飯，説什麼因為時間都排得滿滿的，沒時間給做？！本來奔着私湯來的，結果到了説因為入住率沒有達到百分之八十，所以不能開，一個院子總共六間房，要是達到百分之八十得入住五間及以上，實際我住的那天衹有我們一家，我就活該倒黴是嗎？温泉不能開的話就不能提前告知，我換一家不可以嗎；最開始安排的房間有明顯的異味，給我的解釋是可能是地下管道造成的，不過在徵得店方同意後換了臨近的另外一家就沒有味道，我也是醉了！最不能讓我忍受的是房間的枕頭，應該是好久都沒有換過了，因為當天太晚實在是懶得找了，就拿羽絨服湊合了一宿。服務給了三星是看到晚上工作人員幫我們換房間的面子上，要不給一星都算高。
