雖説是晚九點半訂的，房價也二百零九，説是海瀾商務賓館直接拉到什麼一個服務中心就説到了，房間冷，臟並且有蟑螂，還沒熱水第二天上午去其它房間洗澡也是特色了，實話説確實接送機，房被罩床單還乾淨，浴巾毛巾臟的一塌糊塗。房間陳舊真不是2020年左右裝修的。

賓館位於首都機場3號客運大樓附近，有24小時免費接送機的服務，接機是隨到隨接的，送機是每個整點的，特別的方便，車程衹有10分鐘時間，特別的近，很方便，。
賓館附近飯店挺多的，各種口味的都有，大小飯店也齊全，門口附近處有很多早餐店，幾塊錢就吃飽，門口有超市，便利店之類的，也有賣行李箱的。
房間也挺乾淨的，衞生挺好的，床上用品都是嶄新的，服務也特別周到，房間也挺暖和的。
總體來説是一次不錯的選擇。

大家可千萬別上當，他家在網上叫了兩個名海瀾商務賓館，還叫北京新航優選公寓，等你找到酒店呢，他叫什麼服務中心，咱也不知道他是給攜程多少好處，就在一個樓台村裡頭叫了兩個名，大家千萬千萬別上當，服務相當惡劣，電視根本就打不開，無法用語言形容能有多差

第一點，貨不對板，壓根就不是網上的這個店名，把大家接到一個叫服務中心的地方，一點也不商務。
第二點，衞生差，上個顧客用過的水杯就沒刷，很臟
第三點，接送服務超級差勁，奔着這個來的勸你放棄。接機等了二十分鐘，送機定好早上五點出發，提前五分鐘到，司機和前台都沒人，等到了五點二十司機來了，但因為人太多一輛車坐不下，有幾個乘客都説他們的飛機晚，可以等下一趟，這**司機死活不走，就要打電話把他同事叫醒再開一輛車，讓大家在車裡乾等，一直等到了五點四十多，他同事還沒來，有這時間他都夠來回一趟了。最後我衹能打車去機場，多虧首都機場附近能打車，不然**要誤機，你要沒這服務保障就別拿這個打廣告，統計出發時間幹嘛呢，裝模作樣的，呸。

賓館距離首都機場3號客運大樓特別近，有24小時免費接送機服務，沒有時間限制，10分鐘車程，挺近的，住這裏轉機特別方便，不用擔心誤機，服務也特別號，司機師傅會幫忙提行李。房間衞生也特別的乾淨，床單被罩很新，很衞生。

住店體驗很差，性價比低，都是一棍子買賣，不會再訂了：1.賓館門口連門牌都沒有，還以為是黑店。2.空調漏水，一個晚上聽到水滴到地板的聲音。3.洗髮水、沐浴露很垃圾。4.到賓館直接訂房間，大床房才180，網上訂接近300塊。

賓館離着首都機場特別近，幾乎是最近的一家店，有車免費接送服務，免費的，特別的划算，房間很乾凈，衞生特別好。第二天酒店的車會直接把客人送到出發大廳，方便到家
