Ascott Riverside Garden Beijing

Ascott has always been one of my favorite brands, and this location is also very good. The room is spacious and well-equipped. Although food deliveries can't be brought up to the room, a robot will deliver them from the first floor. I stayed for two days, and overall it was fine, but there are two things I hope you can improve: 1. The hotel's swimming pool is on the basement level, and it seems to be operated by a third party. Both swimming lanes and the children's pool were being used for training. Only two lanes were left for swimming, and the water depth isn't very friendly for hotel guests with children. 2. Check-out time is 2 PM. The hotel called me a little before 1 PM to confirm my departure time, and I said around 1:15-1:20 PM. However, at 1:07 PM, my door was opened directly. That was a very bad experience!

The room was very spacious and clean, and the gym was incredibly large with a full range of equipment. The breakfast was also delicious. Harry Zhang and Jane Zhang at the front desk were exceptionally warm and polite, providing excellent service. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

I've stayed at Ascott many times, and it's consistently excellent in all aspects. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the amenities like the fridge and washing machine are all fully equipped. The environment is also very quiet; you barely hear any noise. It's super convenient for dining and drinks, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also Xiao Taihou Park close by, and it's not far from the subway station – about a 10-minute scooter ride.

I chose this place for a family trip. The room was spacious enough, and the facilities were safe and clean. The staff was very friendly, and it was convenient for sightseeing nearby. Both the elderly and children had a very comfortable and satisfactory stay.

The front desk staff, Lucas, was excellent! 👍 He was very enthusiastic and provided top-notch service. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time, highly recommended!

The hotel was generally decent. The basic facilities were all there, and the hygiene was acceptable. The location was quite convenient. Some of the facilities showed signs of aging, and the experience would be even better if those small details could be improved.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean. I'll definitely be back next time, the service was excellent.
