Nice and clean, the staff was on point. They would help easily and even if language is a barrier, it was easy with the translation app.
The room is cosy and size is convenient, cleaning was done everyday. Check-in and check-out were very fast.
The hotel is modern and the lobby is design.
Location was good, easy to call a didi, subway is about 15-20 minutes walk.
There are a lot of coffee shop ( Starbucks, Paris Baguette), restaurants and a shopping center near by. A big park as well

Cycia, Sophia, Cleo were amazing front desk service staffs who took time to address all our needs, including sending and receiving parcels. Hotel was clean and cozy with a washing machine too

I had an unexpected experience in Beijing — I was scammed by a taxi driver, and for a moment, my image of the city almost turned negative.
Out of desperation, I even contacted my embassy, but they said they couldn’t help. I was completely lost.
Then, as my last hope, I asked the hotel for help — and they went above and beyond. The staff didn’t hesitate for a second; they stepped in and helped me resolve everything. I was genuinely touched.
Especially Ms. Su, the manager — she was incredibly kind and professional. I will never forget her help that night.
This hotel is not just well-managed, but also perfect for travelers. It even has a washing machine, which is great for long-term stays, and the loft-style room adds a lovely, romantic touch.
For short-term travelers, it’s also excellent — very comfortable, clean, and convenient. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and although the subway is a bit far, taxis are easy to get, and walking around is absolutely fine.
If I ever come back to Beijing, I will definitely stay here again.
Highly recommended — not just for the comfort, but for the people who truly care.

Good location not too far from the metro. The staff is very kind and service minded even if everyone doesn’t speak English. It’s a great place if you’re staying for a longer time and want a mini apartment with a working mini fridge and a bit more space. The bed is also spacious and comfortable, and the ceiling is not too low for a bunk bed type. If you’re Russian speaking, this is the perfect hotel and neighbourhood as it is surrounded by Russian convenient stores and the hotel also provides written information on both English and Russian.

I had a wonderful stay at Live Fortuna Hotel Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in counter staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel truly taken care of.
The baggage deposit staff were equally helpful and attentive, handling everything with professionalism and a smile. It gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands.
Special mention also goes to the cleaning crew. My room was kept spotless throughout my stay, with thoughtful touches that made it extra comfortable. Their hard work and attention to detail really showed.
Overall, Live Fortuna Hotel Beijing impressed me not just with its facilities but with the excellent service provided by its staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and look forward to staying again in the future.p

The hotel is always comfortable to stay in. This was my second time, and I loved that the check-in staff upgraded our room for free upon our arrival.
The breakfast is nice, has good options. The amenities are great, perfect for longer stays. The staff were very helpful and assisted my requests immediately. I love that the room's actual living area is always much spacious compared to typical hotels.
The only issue during my stay was that the neighbors next door/top floor were very noisy and since the beds are located closer to the ceiling than typically , it was easy to hear every little noise the other guests made
