Jianguo baicui Hotel (Beijing Universal resort)

2mins walking distance to subway station, 3 more stops will take you to the Universal studio Beijing. Quite a few options around for you to order food delivery. Abundant room facilities including air purifier & humidifier. Apart from room temp was a bit too warm and the projector can't work with Netflix, everything was great.

Air conditioning is no good. We cannot set it cooler. Cannot set lower temperature. The desk lamp is too low. I hit my head

Hotel is conveniently located to Universal Studios Beijing, and there is a convenience store next door. The nearest restaurants are about 800m away. The staff was excellent as my **外卖 could not work and the staff helped to order on my behalf. Only downside, the drainage system in my room was quite bad. Everytime we showered, the water leaked from the shower to the room floor - this made the room very slippery. I informed the hotel but I wasn’t sure of the response.

This hotel is very convenient and very close to Universal Studios Beijing. The rooms are very comfortable very clean and modern. I feel that the breakfast is not up to standard for anyone has it is very cold inside and breakfast staff or nowhere to be found and the breakfast area is just a big letdown, but when it comes to the room it is amazing and very spacious and well laid out so if you just want to sleep over it’s perfect but I would skip breakfast

We stayed at the hotel as we were visiting Universal Studios Beijing. The hotel had a free shuttle service to and from the Studios which was super handy! The room was beautiful, although I would say far too hot, we're aware it's winter but the heat was too much we hardly slept the first night. The business room was great although the description should say that it's a room with an indoor facing window...so the card they provided saying that we should open a window if we were too hot was a little pointless. Breakfast was so-so in our opinion. We prefer both Chinese and Western breakfasts but their range wasn't great for Western. I would recommend providing simpler continental breakfast options such as cheese/ham for on the toast and larger proper croissants instead of donuts and other slightly strange options. Overall, the location was perfect, the staff were super lovely and the room was beautiful (albeit a little too hot but we felt it pointless to change as we only stayed two nights). We lost our room keys during the day and the ladies at the desk helped to replace them with no fuss (thank you!). Would recommend but bring your own breakfast haha.

Very good location, near to Universal Studio Beijing, also have shuttle to go there. Near subway station. Room is big with clean and complete amenities. Recommened hotel if you want to go to Universal Studio Beijing. Only the room is very hot, already tell the front desk, they also sent technician 2 times but still the AC not cold at all. Other then that all is good.

Did not notice that booked the room without window, air circulation not good.

Really impressive services from the hotel, recommend it to anyone who wants to stay for Universal Studios Beijing.
