Park Inn by Radisson Beijing Tongzhou Universal Resort

The hotel is optimised for your travel to Universal Studios Beijing. The staff is very pragmatic each playing to their linguistic strengths and your travel needs. The amenities are opportunist allowing you to take good advantage of restaurant and laundry services too. The free shuttle to USB to and fro makes it worthwhile. Spend a whole day at the theme park and head for the bus 20:30 pick up tourist parking G. The hotel staff didn’t really clean our room during the stay, all they did was tidy our bedding… perhaps they only do a thorough cleaning upon request or checking out. It was only a two night stay so not a big deal.

This hotel has always been a favorite of mine because of how close it is to Universal Studios! You can get a free shuttle from the hotel at the times of 8, 8:40, and 9:20 from in front of the hotel. It was really nice to be able to buy snacks, ice cream, and cold drinks from the convenience store downstairs. The breakfast had a large selection that could easily fill you up until lunch time came. There was a large selection of western breakfast as well as Chinese breakfast. The only downside of this stay was the dust in the room. I found that it was a little hard to breath when I woke up in the morning because of the dust I inhaled. But this can easily be fixed by asking the cleaning staff to dust the room! In summary, amazing stay and I look forward to coming again!

location good. service good. very clean.. Hoteliers don't speak English well. But they tired to help me very kindly. There is a suttle bus to go to Universial studio. It was convenient. When I ordered room service, a cute robot friend brought it. If I go to Beijing next time, I will definitely book here^^

Great hotel for the location. Stayed two nights and went to Universal studios. The best was the shuttle bus to Universal studios from the hotel and back, saved a lot of time and really convenient.

Very worth to try if you want to go to USB, the staff is very quite cooperative, name ms.Coco help us so much, even our language is different The amenities is so many for us, all staff is very helpful Thank you park inn!

Nice location, close to subway station. We booked a family room as we are 3 adults staying. The room is very spacious so with the shower area. I love it as I am a big person. The hotel provides free water and softdrinks in the room. We loved the breakfast selection. The most thing that I like is the hotel strict implementation of no smoking inside the hotel. I saw that the frontdesk politely told a customer that it is a non smoking hotel. We will sure going to book again when we come back to Beijing.
