真的很爛，北京泡過不少温泉，這家是真爛，衞生極差，重點是商家的圖片訊息與實際不符，定的温泉的小院圖片很大，但實際上小的不行，而且可以説不是院子，就是一個户外小池子。衞生也差的不行，房間裏的池子飄着沒有清理乾淨的人體毛髮，噁心極了。餐廳的飯難吃不衞生，排骨變味了，北京體驗最差的一次温泉，沒有之一。

這個房型其實不是兩室一廳，是一個套間，如果是兩家人出遊不適合這種房型，衹有一個衞生間不是很方便。管家服務很好。

定的是獨棟房型，主要衝著私湯去的，一到就發現院子裏的池子非常臟，草地上也有沒打掃乾淨的狗屎，另外室內浴缸的開關屏幕也全是污漬沒有清掃乾淨。整個房間也非常冷，兩個掛式小空調帶不動這麼大的面積，還需要額外開取暖器，氣温依舊非常低。浴室沒有任何暖氣，窗户也漏風，水温最熱應該不到45度，洗澡過程非常冷。昨天下午入住的，早上八點半已經退房了，回來已經感冒了，冷到狗狗都不願意動。整體來説除了服務能及時響應，其他沒有什麼亮點，整體不值這個價位
