Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The location is super convenient; Xinjiekou Station on Line 4 is just 10 meters from the exit, so most places are within 30 minutes (except the Great Wall). Let's talk about the service: the housekeeping auntie on floor 413 was incredibly friendly. Whenever we needed toiletries, she'd bring them over promptly and repeatedly say it was no trouble at all. We stayed for five days, and even though we told her not to clean our room, she still kept it spotless every day. Other staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, also provided excellent service. I also want to praise the breakfast; it's small but has everything you need. What's most commendable is how quickly they refilled dishes. The chef making the wontons and the staff checking room numbers at the entrance were also very enthusiastic. One staff member who refilled bread and cups was incredibly diligent; I saw her constantly busy. When we were in a hurry to leave, the front desk quickly provided two bags for us to pack our loose items. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was clean and odor-free. In short, I'm very satisfied! I can't find any faults~ I'll definitely recommend it to my friends~ (I didn't take photos of the room, so here's one of Shichahai).
