We stayed at the hotel on 30.10-03.11.2025, when we arrive, we were offered a room upgrade for $100 per night, while being given a room with a sea view. But after the upgrade, they settled on the 4th floor. There was a restaurant between our window and the sea. The desk clerk said we'd be moved to a higher floor tomorrow.
However, the next day we were told that there was a room only on the 5th floor - almost the same as on the 4th. We stayed in our room. But during this day, the lock on the door was repaired 2 times, my wife was not allowed to sleep well.
When water started flowing from the sewer manhole in the floor at 4 p.m., I couldn't stand it and demanded to be moved to another room. And miraculously, they found a room on the 8th floor, right above us!
When we decided to sit on the balcony, my wife wiped the table with a towel. It turned literally black! There's dirt on the windows, and you can't see what's going on outside. There's dirt on the balcony too. The room is very dark, there are few lamps, the furniture is in dark colors.
But the worst part is that there are always car horns and loud music outside, day and night. Even at 2, 3, and 4 a.m. there are no differences. Windows don't protect you from these sounds. As a result, we couldn't sleep, and we left very exhausted, as if we hadn't been resting, but were working unloading coal wagons.
The air conditioner was only running at 20 degrees in the bedroom. It was impossible to make it warmer - it was broken. Therefore, I had to either freeze or turn off the air conditioner and open the window - and it was very noisy there!
It's a disgusting hotel. It is very expensive, and for this money you will not get any amenities.
