Very bad service and very bad Internet (connection lost most of the time and no body help)....no hot water

They have no refund policy even when you are not able to get your room due to an issue caused by their system. They will never give you your money back, instead they offer you to spend the night in the room you booked on any other date. This is beyond outrageous. Basic service like providing tea bags and milk in the fridge are not even met.

Konum çok kötü. İnternet çok kötü. İlk gece rezervasyon yaptırdığımız odayı ikinci gün değiştirmemize yardımcı olan görevliler iyiler. Ancak ilk gün bizi ağırladıkları oda oldukça kötüydü (Standart). Fakat ikinci gün odayı bir seviye yükseltmeyi istedikten sonra geçtiğimiz oda güvenli ve güzeli (Süit). Turlar konusunda yardımcı olmadıkları gibi sonradan öğrendiğimiz üzere bizden ekstra 1 kat daha ücret almaya çalışıyorlarmış. Kahvaltı çok standart. Alınmaya değer değil. 4 yıldızı kesinlikle hak etmeyen bir hotel. Görüntüler sizi yanıltmasın. Görevliler iyi ancak hotel maalesef kötü.

There is no free offsite parking as described. You pay 5$ for overnight parking there and have to be out of the lot by 9 am afterwhich you are charged hourly for parking.
The bed was queen size at best.
