Very bad experience and very very bad treatment stuff not helpful and had bad behavior the room very dirty and room service very poor breakfast very bad .. i advise no one booking in this musty hotel

No air conditioning, not even a fan, no towels to take a shower I wasn't even able to stay more than an hour it was so hot 1 star is too much

It is clearly necessary for hotel.com to control the hotels that are offered.
There is a glaring discrepancy between the photos and reality (dirty room, outdated and damaged equipment)
There is also a gap between the services offered and reality. Payment by card impossible (cash only) language spoken (Arabic only instead of English and French)
