This hotel experience is amazing! The environment is elegant and quiet, the room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. I accidentally left my jewelry when I checked in, so I contacted the beautiful lady at the front desk. Unexpectedly, the staff quickly helped me find it. 首先面積不太大，三床房放兩個行李箱完全沒有地方打開（見圖1）。
其次有甲醛味道，一進門還挺明顯的。

酒店很漂亮，有免費的停車場，房間設施都很完善，房間也很大，酒店的早餐簡單實惠。辦理入住時發現我訂錯了房型，前台的經理和工作人員隨即幫我免費變更了房型。另外在入住後由於保潔人員的失誤也發生了一件小意外，酒店的管理人員親自來到房間瞭解情況，非常及時地解決了問題，並做了道歉。酒店管理人員這種遇到問題不推諉，不扯皮，主動解決矛盾的工作態度和方法值得稱讚！
