The hotel is big and has good facilities. There are no queues for meals. It is 5 minutes away from the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are sufficient.
Bad aspects: The car seats used when going to the sea are wet and trap moisture. For this reason, there is a strong smell of pee-wee diapers. If you ride with normal clothes rather than a swimsuit, the clothes will be wet and smelly. Especially the towels given outside are of poor quality and stained. This is the first time in a hotel without a slide ( I saw a hotel with a wardrobe (without doors) and it seemed strange.

We have travelled a lot and stayed at many places but this has been the most extraordinary experience at five star hotel. The staff is very courteous and you will feel welcomed by every individual you meet here. The variety of food options is simply exceptional. Their breakfast is till 11, patisserie is open throughout the day, late night dinner till 4am in the morning and different bar open till earning morning. Cocktails are too awesome. You can never be empty stomach :-). We had got a inclusive plus package and everything was included and unlimited. We had infact gone in off season and were not short of activities. So wondering the buzz that the place will have during summer breaks. This place is real value for money. Also read few negative reviews that they allow cats in their restaurant, and yes we saw them too. But they dont come near people or climb on tables. Infact people feed them on their own and staff are courteous towards cats which seems more human,

Staff service wasn't amazing it was average not much smiles or waiters coming to ask your orders.🙄😌 the overall resort is beautiful alot of children activities and pools are amazing it is a massive resort rooms r nice to. Some staff in kids area are not very fair and some r lovely. It is a good resort to stay at but not the best I've experienced

The whole hotel is a lovely place to be especially for children as well as adults. There is something for us all. The main food hall has a wide variety of food as well as the other private restaurants was a nice place to eat. The entertainment was very good ever day and every night.

Hotel is lovely, lots of things to do for the children. we had a rainy day but still lots to do without having to leave the hotel, kids club, indoor swimming pool, arcade etc.. the hotel and grounds are very clean and rooms are cleaned daily. The food is the best we’ve have at hotels in turkey, plenty of choice and the hottest we’ve had at a all inclusive. i also lost my phone within the hotel and got it back within 12hours thanks to guest relation, they text my patner as soon as they found it. thank you for a great holiday

Had a wonderful time there’s so much to do here. The staff are really nice and attentive. I had spa treatments while I’ve been here and would like to recommend : Meric and Nazan they were amazing.

Guest relation desk… Amazing service, lost some belongs and found them straight away! Great all round hotel with lots to do for all the family never bored! Would definitely recommend to anyone as hotel staff are extremely friendly and very helpful

Magnificent hotel, very luxurious, many facilities and activities; swimming, exercise and entertainment; food excellent and dining room staff very helpful and friendly, room cleaning staff very good, and take opportunity to clean room when you are at breakfast so as not to disturb; would definitely come again, Hilary Hoey
