The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard.
Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

Everything in the hotel is great, and the people at the reception desk and the reception staff at the door work hard to complete their work happily. This is troublesome when checking in at other hotels, thank you

It was nice pilates work out with Olga, sport and fun together, thanks her, enjoying the hotel activities and making all us having good time, i strongly recommend to attend Olgas' activities, especially the pilatas was really nice, thanks again, have fun and Joy in your holiday

Quick summary Positives: 1. Friendly and helpful staff. Often smiling and excellent with kids. 2. Good sized kids club 3. Nice location and grounds 4. Spa treatments good 5. Good variety of foods Negatives: 1. Restaurant small for number of guests 2. No non-smoking sections anywhere and lots of people smoke so really not nice to eat or sit outside. Most hotels have a non smoking section now. This needs updating! 3. Spa area, full of people and children using it as an indoor pool. 4. Food was often lukewarm and not hot. 5. Rooms not as nice and modern as other hotels in the areas. They need an upgrade plus not soundproof so you hear everything! 6. Hotel feels a bit out of date. 7. No outdoor heated pool. 8. Evening entertainment not as good quality as other hotels. 9. Music by the main outdoor kids pool has really loud music on all day. It could be turned down much more and still be ok. Many people told us this also. We’ve been coming to Turkey for 15 years and this hotel doesn’t make our top 10. The Voyage Belek, Titanic, Rixos are significantly nicer and are another level over this resort and worth the bit extra.

Absolutely fantastic resort. Good food with plenty of choices, even for us as vegetarians. Hotel has its own private beach right on the sea front which is two minutes walk and fantastic. Service fantastic throughout and great entertainment team, especially Willy!! Would highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and I enjoyed many of the activities, the pools were always clean and available, the food was amazing many options for all life styles, the entertainment is always good and the staff were always right to ur table as soon as you were finished, just amazing

We stayed at very first days of season, in april2024 right before Ramadan Holiday as 2 families with two children and had very good experience. We stayed in bungalow family suit, which was advantage with 2 families/friends group; completely seperate bedrooms and bathrooms and common living area and balcony to have time together. Garden and open area was great. Team was also super, special thanks to Pilates&Yoga Instructor Olga; she was really proffessional and also patient and good with childrens, also thanks to all hotel team especially bartenders, cleaning and service team and Fancyland team. Very good hotel for children with amusement park, different pool&aquapark option, huge kids club area (Fancyland). We will definetely stay again.
