My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

The front desk is very good, the rooms are good, and the price is cheap. It is suitable for a short trip to Befa.

Stayed with some friends for the weekend for 2 nights and wasn’t overly impressed. Room was freezing when we came in and was hard to warm up even with the thermostat set for 25! Shower wasn’t overly powerful and towel radiator was also permanently off so had to request extra towels as first set couldn’t dry. Breakfast however was what failed it most, first morning was average, a lot of the food had run out despite being well before the ending time. Second morning however was totally empty and we had to wait around 20 mins for it to be refilled and only when asked by which time everyone was queuing and then the food went again too quickly. No cutlery was on the tables either so had to go around and collect off other tables. Wouldn’t stay again

This hotel definitely felt like a four star. It is in an excellent location for exploring Belfast. The rooms were lovely, the beds were amazing. We had breakfast there one morning and it was excellent. But the absolutely best thing were the amazing staff. Whether it was at reception, the bar or the restaurant, nothing was too much for them. We especially appreciated a lovely lady at reception named Bonita, who had a great personality, was unbelievably helpful, and gave us fabulous advice with respect to things like restaurants. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

No issue with room quality or cleanliness. Wouldn't say good value for money though. Brilliant location, yards away from city centre and bars. No issue with room or cleanliness. Some staff are a big issue. On checking in, reception bloke made out it was chore for him, and trying to make us use the check in machines. On the penultimate morning, my wife was humiliated by the breakfast area staff. She committed the crime of tasting a bit of crumpet whilst sat in the dining area with my brother in law. Then a female member of staff demanded she pay £11 as she was eating. She asked for the manager and a heavily tattooed bloke came over and refused to budge and she was forced to pay it. All going on at volume and with the other diners watching. We appreciate some guests try to freeload but this was a sledgehammer to crack a nut and left a bitter taste in the mouth. The relevant staff at the Cathedral Quarter should be taken aside and given customer service training.

Very friendly staff provided a warm welcome and very chatty. Hotel clean and tidy. Beds super comfy. Needs were met. Food freshly prepared hot and lovely. I would definitely go back to this hotel located very centrally. Only a 30 minute walk to any of the tourist attractions titanic and Crumlin
