Cordia Serviced Apartments Reviews

The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself.

Everyone should note that the one-bedroom apartment in this apartment hotel does not have a sofa bed, which is more suitable for long-term residents who need to cook. The hotel itself does not have dental equipment. 

The hotel is just under renovation, but it won't be too noisy. The room is big and clean. The apartment-style hotel is like a room with everything. It also has a refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. It's very convenient for cooking. It also has its own free parking lot, which is very suitable for self-driving travel.

公寓reception在2樓，有電梯上去，公寓很寬敝，客廳有陽台，对出景色不錯！房間光線很好，主臥還另帶一獨立洗手間。公寓樓下有超市TESCO、咖啡店，買東西都方便；距離公寓2分鐘左右的路程我們找到一家西餐廳，不錯！

Great quality at the price. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Location is great for groceries and restaurants. We had a balcony, 2 bedrooms, ensuite and separate bathroom with shower and bath. The busy road is not noticed with the windows closed.

If you're a fan of serviced apartments over hotels, Cordia is fantastic. Large, clean rooms, very reliable wifi, Tesco next door, and an easy bus ride into the centre of town. Our apratment was at the back of the building so we had cool views over the rooftops to Windsor Park and the Divis and the Black Mountain beyond. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely choose Cordia agin, next time I'm in town.

I am surprised by the positive reviews as we found our apartment tired and dirty. While the bathrooms and bedrooms were modern, they were not cleaned to a high standard. The kitchen/lounge/diner smelt of grease on arrival and this smell remained. The oven was diabolical and like a previous reviewer, the plates/glasses etc were dirty with a film. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were in a very poor state too and significantly impaired usage. That said, the apartments are on a central bus route into town and they were quiet. Based on our experience, we wouldn't recommend Cordia and we wouldn't visit again.

Great information for checking in and how to access the car park. All very easy. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and very modern , everywhere very clean. The kitchen/ living area is quite tired looking and definitely lets the place down. The glasses in our cupboard were all dirty, looked like they had been in the dishwasher and it didn’t do a very good job. We used the dishwasher for our own belongings and they came out the same way, perhaps the dishwasher needs cleaned? We were provided with a cot for a baby however the matress in the cot wasn’t the correct fit, we had to use pillows to fill in the gaps. This was ok as our baby is 1year + , however if we had a younger baby we wouldn’t have been able to use this cot due to safety. The mattress size definitely does not meet the safety standards recommended for a baby’s cot, well fitting mattresses should be provided. The apartments are near lots of restaurants within walking distance and a Tesco

Spacious apartment, fully stocked with appliances. Had a great stay, would recommend it to anyone that needs to stay for a few days in Belfast. Abit far away from the center (30-40mins away) and some of the major tourist attractions, but close to a bus stop.

Having stayed in the apartments several times on business trips, the flexibility of an apartment at hotel prices is just fantastic. The team have always been super helpful, dealing with anything including me missing a flight! The apartments are well stocked on cooking equipment, they are clean, quiet and have become a home from home when working in Belfast. I've never used the car park, but given there is one and the location, that just adds to the value for money. I would heartily recommend considering the apartments over the local hotels as this just makes a trip to Belfast that little bit easier with the flexibility of accomodation.

The apartment was perfect for two couples, we were attending an event in Belfast, staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and a good laugh at reception on arrival Very comfortable to sleep there spacious apartments and nice views of Belfast.

Excellent apartments, basic but very clean and everything you need. We went out for a bit to eat close by and when we came back we found that the clock had come off the wall and smashed, my husband asked reception for a hoover just to make sure nobody stood on a glass fragment, it was dropped up straight away and they offered to hoover it up but we knew they were busy and did it ourselves. Apartments were nice and quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay here and having a tesco just downstairs really helped along with a food outlet where we could get pizza, Chinese or burgers. The only downside to our stay was the carpark was having maintenance so we couldn't use it and parking was scarce on the main St but I would highly recommend this accommodation.
