Very impolite, no greetings from staffs, even when I said morning staff did not reply. Also, very unfriendly and no smile at all, and I often here them gossiping about guests.
Also signage says to contact front desk to change bed sheets however was informed that I will need to wait 5 days.
Restuarant was closed down.

Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

The hotel is very nice, right next to the Titanic Museum, and the view at the door is great! Very good, there is a restaurant downstairs, and there is also a supermarket on the shore, which is very convenient for shopping

We stayed 11th & 12th April, as had booked a weekend in Belfast my wife's a huge Titanic enthusiast and we both booked Game of Thrones tour for Sunday. Brilliant location, defo worth the extra to pay for the waterside view as overlooks a lively marina and Belfast docks Brilliant staff but must pass on a few extra Gold stars to Shona who had amazing customer service skills and was a gony of knowledge, and a credit to Premier Inn. We have booked again for June and cant wait.

First of all all Premier Inns are somewhat the same but this Premier inn exceeded my expectations. I Stayed as a family o four for two nights and staff couldn't do enough to help 'especially RUTH ' I left my glasses in my car in Manchester so needed to buy some urgently, ruth not only pointed me in the right direction but also offered to drive me into the city center after her shift finished! I didn't take up the offer as really enjoyed the walk . Room was great , food and drink was also great and the hotel was in easy walking distance for the titanic experience. Thank you

Hotel is in an excellent and modern location however my main compliment is to the staff, and to Ruth in particular. My father in law took unwell and staff had to call an ambulance. I flew over the next day and was met by Ruth who could not have been more helpful and compassionate in the circumstances regards my sudden arrival and his room and belongings. A credit to the hotel and that customer service is exactly what would make me stay at this hotel again should I find myself in Belfast in the future. Thank you
