This B&B is located in the suburbs of Belfast. There is a bus that takes you directly to the city in half an hour, so it is neither too noisy nor too remote. The breakfast I brought with me was quite good. I regretted not having the special Irish breakfast on the first day, but I had it the next morning. The overall decoration is very exquisite and elegant, and the hygiene is also good. It is highly recommended for both individuals and families. I am still impressed by the host's hospitality.

The room was ok. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage by yourself. The breakfast is made to order and tastes good

Do not book to stay at this property. we went to check in and the property is pad locked! Closed and not operational!! Booking site are highly unprofessional, saying they are unable to refund my stay etc as they can not get in touch with the property dispite me showing emails/photos/messages etc to the property! Do not book

The rooms, food, ambience and service are all incredible. Staff is very cooperative. The Victorian decor made it even more special. It's not just a BnB, it's an unmissable experience once in Belfast. Highly recommended to stay and enjoy their teas as well. I actually stayed here in Oct 2023, but the dare selection option is not present so had to select this.

Had booked this through an agency and turned up after long ferry journey and motorcycle ride. No warning but arrived to find it chained up! Multiple chains on the gates, the front door and the windows. Big welcoming sign on the door saying ‘We are Open’. They are not. Beware - agents should not be selling this property. Got a full refund but had to find an alternative in a hurry.

Book to stay in this hotel through guest reservations but unfortunately had to cancel 4 weeks before our stay. The website guest reservations are a scam and have not returned my money even do I got an email saying my money would be in my account in 5 days Been Trying to contact the B&B can’t get through as goes straight to voicemail where it says mailbox full no response to emails or watts app messages to see if they could assist me but between B&B and the guest reservations they don’t respond Be careful if booking people

i am writing on behalf of my friend who is currently staying in this b & b, my friend is due to go in for hip surgery today and travelled up from Dublin yesterday evening as it close to the hospital. he has said that check in was faultless and as he wasn't checking in until later in the evening they texted him to tell him where he could find his key for the room, there was also an information pack regarding check out etc. this morning my friend got a lovely text message from Nicole who works there and explained to him that he didn't need to check out to go to the hospital until he needed to and to stay in the room as the weather was so cold which was extremely nice. my friend said he would defo stay there again but hopefully the next time it will be as a holiday. :-)

Very comfortable, lovely Victorian house furnished sympathetically. Very conveniently placed for going into the centre of Belfast, as well as accessing the A55 and routes south. Staff were lovely, and had a delicious breakfast. A real gem!

Maryville .. a little gem. To be honest l can't praise Maryville enough .. service, decor and the amazing afternoon tea. The attention to detail and the flavours leave Maryville afternoon tea as one of the best we have ever had. This fabulous place is most definitely a must either to stay in or just have a delicious afternoon tea. Thank you Maryville for a wonderful afternoon.

Check-in was very unsatisfactory . I emailed several days before I arrived to say I’d be there after 6 pm. Arrived to find ‘closed’ on the door. No-one on site. Only thanks to my taxi driver that he found a number to contact them. They had sent me an email at 5 pm the day of my arrival ( I was in transit) to say my key was behind a plant on the doorstep. Also, they do not accept card payment.

On my way home from Belfast City Hospital my friend treated me to lunch in this beautiful Tea Room. The lady who served us was efficient and friendly. Our sandwiches were delicious: a club sandwich and a Brie, grape and mango, my friend had soup and we both had tea in china cups. We couldn’t resist the delicious selection of desserts and had lemon meringue pie and a chocolate brownie. I loved the whole experience and look forward to my next visit.

This was just thee most beautiful place to stay. So pretty everywhere you looked. Amazing staff, very clean and a stunning building. We arrived home from a concert and let ourselves in the front door via our key. There was fresh scones and buns waiting for guests on the first floor, along with tea and coffee sachets. Amazingly thoughtful touch. The room was decorated in keeping with the rest of the hotel. We stayed in the earl grey room. It would have absolutely got a 5* from me if it hadn’t have been for the shower in our room. The shower 100% needs replaced. It’s at the point of no return with mould, it even had a mouldy smell. Happens to them all. Also I would rejig the bathroom. You have to squeeze past the sink to get in the shower, impossible for a bigger person. Will definitely return

Nice accommodations in Belfast. Lovely room, clean & spacious. They have a little parking lot, it’s pretty full during the day but there’s lots of room for street parking if needed. Breakfast was amazing & included in the price of the room. We enjoyed our stay.
