A very poor experience. The front desk staff were unprofessional, and check-in was a waste of time. The room lights kept turning on by themselves and making noise. The bathroom was extremely slippery. There was a construction site visible everywhere outside the window. Overall, Belgrade's hotels and service industry are far inferior to those in neighboring countries. I am grateful to Ctrip's customer service for their repeated assistance during this trip.

Very good. The staff is very friendly and very nice. It is considered the best hotel in Serbia. Stayed here for 4 nights. It is very good. There are gym and spa facilities.

The best hotel I've stayed in Serbia. They prepared snacks and greeting cards very considerately. I didn't have to carry my luggage since I entered the hotel. The restaurant downstairs is also very delicious!!
