The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and serviced daily. There is a large, high-quality TV. The minibar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Shower gel, body lotion, and liquid hand soap are provided. The air conditioning is modern and centrally controlled. The breakfast staff are very polite and attentive. The chef’s raisin cookies are outstanding. Cheese options are available for guests who do not prefer pork products. The reception team is warm and helpful. The hotel does not have a spa, only a brochure from another hotel. There is no tour desk, but the reception assists with everything. In winter, exploring the city independently is recommended. For taxis, Yandex Go is the best option. I used a private airport transfer both ways; the price was almost the same as a taxi and perfectly on time. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, well-located, and recently modernized. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room was a bit small, but acceptable. However, the soundproofing was quite poor; I could hear the showers running in the two adjacent rooms. The front desk service was good, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Hotel location is great and closed to pedestrian road at the city center , you can reach the hotel from the Tesla airport using free bus number 72 and you can find this bus at arrival gate , it takes about one hour by this bus to arrive to last station in city center , then you can walk about 10 minutes to arrive the hotel , try to buy SIM card from the airport to help you to reach the hotel easily , do not take taxi because most are not good behavior driver and will take from you 20 Euro for just a short drive , the hotel room very clean and comfortable bed , the bathroom also very clean and housekeeping clean every day , but the problem that the lady in reception gave me the worst room in hotel . The room was very noisy and has a voice of blinder most time and the room has not any view , the breakfast was very great and delicious food and has many different variations of food everyday , the breakfast staff ( Mr DaIan ) was a great friendly man I give him 10/10 and he help all guest and advise them to try some delicious food ,  I will come back again to this hotel if they will give me other room .

The location of the hotel was excellent, only 5 minutes by walk from the free 72 airport bus and 8 minutes by walk to the city centre. The decor of the hotel is contemporary design and room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast couldn't be better with a huge variety and changed daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, good repair, air conditioning. Check-in is not early 15:00. Water is paid. Breakfasts are good, but there is a line for cappuccino, no porridge. You had to wait for the service staff. The corridors are very modern. Wi-Fi is fast. TV with YouTube. In general, everything is ok, only the door was broken in the bathroom.

A wonderful hotel with a great location and modern design. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of pastries and various dishes. We rented a triple room with separate beds. Highly recommend.
