Vila Terazije

Arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, but there was no one at reception (saw other guests experiencing the same thing the next day). The intercom at the entrance didn't work at all. There was a piece of paper stuck on the door with a contact number, but I have a data-only SIM card so I couldn't make calls. It was really frustrating. Eventually, I checked my emails, where the owner had sent me the room number. The key was in a small coded box next to the room door, and that's how I finally got in. The room was very small. The wardrobe was supposed to be fixed to the wall at two points, but it was loose and could easily fall over, so I had to prop it up with a chair. The only good thing about this hotel is its convenient central location, with easy access to transport.

The environment was really bad, and there was no elevator. The front desk service was terrible, and the hot water wasn't enough for a shower.

Perfect location, right in the city center, super convenient. The bed, pillows, and duvet are ideal – they literally overshadow all the downsides. Yes, there's some road noise, but after reading reviews, I brought earplugs. And yes, the floors are cold, but that's how it is everywhere in Europe; there's no central heating. The host is polite and responsive. Very grateful.

The hotel is located in an old building with a beautiful entrance, right in the city center. This is super convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff are polite and friendly. The room comes with a kettle and cups. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability.
