This hotel is beyond terrible – it's filthy and everything is broken. The only upside is its central location. There's no parking, and breakfast isn't included, even though they marked it as available for everything. We were misled and only stayed half a day before checking out. Plus, the reception staff were completely unhelpful. I absolutely do not recommend it, especially to friends visiting from Turkey. 🙏

It was a beautiful place, clean and comfortable. Location is great, it’s right across the St. Mark church so you have beautiful view and it’s right beside many stops so public transportation was so easy to navigate. Hotel manager Pece was a great guy, very helpful and we had great conversations with him. Next time I’m in Belgrade I’d definitely stay there again and would 10/10 recommend.

cheap and best luxurious stay neat and tidy ❤️ 1st staff before 1 Oo clock old man very rude , and second shift gentleman people very nice and very helpful all thinks such a good staff
