The master and secondary bedrooms offer plush king and queen beds respectively, while the third room has a full-sized bunk bed, perfect for young guests. As you step inside, be greeted with a seamless mix of comfort and sophistication. The living space is well-appointed with smart TVs, robust Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace for your convenience. Lake Avalon, a breath away, awaits water sports admirers. For our guest's ease, we employ a secure smart lock self-check-in process along with free private drive-in and street parking. Security is paramount; our property has exterior cameras and a noise sensor, ensuring your safety while respecting privacy. House rules regarding smoking, pets, parties, and check-ins need to be adhered to for maintaining harmony for all guests. Failure of compliance will incur appropriate charges. For furry friends, we allow a maximum of two dogs and charge a $75 fee per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats at the property. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they may be required to electronically sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of these house rules. In rare cases, guests may also be asked to provide a nominal security deposit. This request is based on our guest screening algorithm, which flags certain reservations as higher risk.
