Diamond Apartments

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in a room with a pull out sofa for the kids and a king bed for us. There is a washing machine in the room (no dryer, fellow Americans), a small kitchen, and a small bathroom. It's all kind of tight, but the people that work there are super nice and the pool area is amazing on hot days. We used the pool a lot since we were there during a heat wave and they had someone working as a bartender the entire day even though we were one of two families at the pool. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Staff was excellent, building was in a fantastic location, Babayaga next door was a great spot for a quick bite. Only downside was the price but seemed on par with everything else on the island, so with that said I’d take this over some of the other offerings all things considered.

Fantastic location across the street from Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni and a very short walk to the downtown lakefront. Spacious, clean and modern - just a very nice and comfortable apartment. The pool area is simply wonderful - modern and well designed. Pool area is private, with a tree-covered hill behind, green area to one side and the Basilica of St. Giacomo on the other side. Next door to a coffee, pastry and on-the-go food restaurant - everything cooked fresh daily. Mariana and Giada at the front desk are gems - very nice, friendlly and welcoming. Just a very, very nice stay. Grazie Mille!

Amazingly clean facility and very friendly and helpful staff

Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!

This accommodation was exceptional. The staff arranged for transport from Milan directly to the front door of the hotel. The space was lovely and had every comfort needed. We added a rollaway bed for only 50 euros for the whole stay and it was comfortable. The location is perfect. Views of the lake, a washer in the unit, the sweet balcony off the dining area, access to shops and restaurants and the amazing pool and garden made this the perfect spot for our family.

This place was more than 5 stars! We will be going back just because we loved it so much! It is a beautiful apartment with an amazing pool area and location is perfect! The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. I’d give this place a 10!

The property was very clean, well maintained, perfectly located, and extremely secure. We will be back.

Wonderful property with great staff that is ready to help you with anything you need! Very clean. Amazing location. The unit with the hot tub was fun to have on rainy days.
